RESULTS

DISPOSALS
Brayden Fiorini (u23.5)
CBA's have vanished to zero in the last fortnight as he adopts a new HFF/Wing role. Conditions looks greasy so won't be favourable for accumulation and neither will the matchup with the Lions ranking #3 for least disposals conceded for the last 2 years.
Bookmaker: Topsport $1.50
Units: 1
Result: 13 disposals (WIN)
Jack Steele (u28.5)
Jack started the season slowly and even though he’s lifted in the last few weeks, he cops a tag every time he plays his old team and has not gone over 25 in his last 5 attempts.
Bookmaker: SportsBet $1.88
Units: 1
Result: 29 disposals (LOSS)
Alex Witherden (o22.5)
After losing that Hurn bet in Round 4, we’ve started to realise that the Eagles are not only atrocious but they’ve realised it and are starting to look to the future. As such Witho is taking the kickouts and they look to him to distribute. Don’t expect things to go well for the Eagles at Adelaide Oval this weekend even though their record is solid. I get the feeling Witho like playing in a shouse team, so much cheap nut to be had.
Bookmaker: Topsport $1.90
Units: 1
Result: 34 disposals (WIN)
Tom Mitchell (u31.5)
I know, I know. I’m a broken record but I’ll keep hitting this until I see something else from the Hawks mid set-up. Two weeks in a row Tom has looked nowhere at HT then is shifted into the middle full-time and goes bananas which is a bit of a concern. I'm sticking with the unders though as the new Geelong was a great matchup for him and the Swans, much less so. There's the possibility of a Mills run-with and he also has previously performed poorly against them, only clearing 31.5 once from the last 5.
Bookmaker: Topsport $1.85
Units: 1
Result: 26 disposals (WIN)
Jayden Short (o26.5)
I think we see an overreaction from the bookies to Jayden’s poor performance last week. Melbourne rank #1 at conceding possessions to designated kickers and Short’s record at the MCG is better than anywhere else.
Bookmaker: Topsport $1.90
Units: 1
Result: 30 disposals (WIN)
Travis Boak (u30.5)
Port turned things around in the second half last week when they brought Rozee and Butters into the middle and parked the Boak Bus at half-forward. Reason would say that if it works, they’ll do it again. I don’t like the idea of a half forward getting 31 touches, even against the Eagles.
Bookmaker: LadBrokes $1.87
Units: 1
Result: 34 disposals (LOSS)

GOAL SCORERS
Jeremy Finlayson
Jeremy has been underperforming lately but that just means we're getting a good price for a guy who loves to down hill ski against the competitions poor teams. And the Eagles are shaping up that way early in the season.
Bookmaker: SportsBet (2+/3+/4+/5+)
Units: 2
Result: 5.2 (WIN) *
Sam Switkowski
Carlton have been struggling to contain small forwards. Gray kicked 3 last week, Rosas kicked 3 the week prior, Bruest/Moore kicked 2 each and Bolton kicked 3 in R1.
Bookmaker: PointsBet (2+/3+/4+)
Units: 1.1
Result: 2.2 (WIN) *
Logan McDonald
Going again on Logan. Pulled in a profit for us last time and should have kicked more. The Hawks are short on talls all over the ground this week and even so, tall forwards have always been a weakness of theirs.
Bookmaker: SportsBet (2+/3+/4+)
Units: 1
Result: 1.2 (LOSS) *
