Here he comes up against the Tigers who have never really cared about whether or not they win the contest and they rely on defensive rebound. We’re backing in Tom to continue his early season form and go big.

Cam Guthrie (u27.5)

Love the unders play on Cam Guthrie early in the season. The Cats are coming into 2022 with a more direct game style in order to compete with the teams that go into finals with a more frenetic and contested method. Guthrie was a main link-man (along with Menegola, Tuohy, Duncan and Smith) in the 2022 geriatric chippy-chippy game. Last year 49% of his touches were uncontested (top 5 in the league for pure midfielders). Also this weekend against the miserly Swans, it should be slippery again taking away from his 45 degree hit up receiving game. Only had 25 last week in demo job of the bombers. Finished last season with 17, 25, 26.
