They've lost a lot of contest with Deven Roberston and Yeo which have helped them be competitive in the middle and seen Reid and Kelly flourish. The Swans see themselves as a flag chance will have been winding up for this one off the 15-day break. Curnow, Amartey andLogan will really stretch West Coast down back. The Swans have flogged the Eagles for 5 games in a row now.

Bit surprised to see this one so big for the Cats. They've had a hold of the Hawks for 4 years by an average of 40 points. There's no real schedule advantage here for the Hawks with the Cats off a 10-day break to counter the long bye break of the Hawks. Market may be overreacting to the Hawks pounding Essendon and a weakened Swans team. Aside from that they've lost to the Giants who've otherwise looked terrible. The Cats on the other hand weren’t ready for Round 0 and said as much. Since then, they’ve done what’s needed to be done to get the W’s without looking amazing but they’ll be primed for this as they always are. Have struggled to replicate their elite transition numbers from last year but a dry day at the G will help a lot.

Ingram is dealing with some right heel inflammation which has resulting in 2 late scratches lately. I expect this to be a slow pace game and with Barnes running point with Quicley out against an elite defence, I expect it to be all a bit of a mess. The Pistons should make some adjustments from their last defeat against TOR and have lots of good options to defend Ingram.

SAS/PHI/BOS Win

Essentially a bet on Boston here. Philly have to win this one and should be it easily. SAS will be too good for GSW will their best guys out. Golden State can’t really move up or down in the standings. The Celtics are have been outstanding off a loss in the last few years going at an 81% win rate. The Heat are a good matchup for them as Miami rely on paint penetration and pace which the Celts are experts at denying. They’ll have to shoot the lights out from 3 to get near it and with Powell out that’ll be tough. The Celts are picking and choosing when to give a shit on the way home here and have selected to have everyone available after a few games of shenanigans.
